At Player1 Sim Gear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your racing setup. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, resaleable condition.
Initiate a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and details of the hardware you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Gear
Carefully repackage the electronics in their original factory packaging, ensuring all cables, mounting hardware, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the functionality and condition of the gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
